Chief Executive for the 49,000 Professional Actors and Stage Managers of the American Theater working in 1,000 theaters nationwide from Broadway to LA and all the wonderful places in between.  Negotiated all major Performing Artists' Labor Contracts with Broadway and Touring Producers in the for-profit Theater, and the Producing Directors of the hundreds of non-profit Regional Theaters across the Unites States.  From Equity's Times Square HQ, led 150 Staff in 4 Regional offices.  Worked with and reported to the Elected Officers and National Council of Working Actors.  Key Labor Spokesman on Arts & Culture.

Elected Chief Executive of 80,000 AFTRA Members working as Actors, Broadcasters, Singers, Dancers, Comedians, Stunt Players, and Specialty Artistes in Television, Radio, the Recording Industry and Digital Media.

Served as Chairman of every major Performing Artists Labor ' Negotiation with Film, Television, Radio, Recording and Digital Industries from 1994-2007.  Led major Campaigns for Artists' Intellectual Property Rights, Against Media Monopoly, and in Defense of Persecuted Artists & Journalists worldwide.  Key AFL-CIO Spokesperson on the Arts, Entertainment & Media Industries.  Key Leader of FIA -- l'Federation Internationale des Acteurs -- uniting Performing Artists' Trade Unions from 100 countries worldwide.
